Sandy and Carl's Photo Safari Diary

Outing Three: Skinny Bones

In the Omaha Metro Area there is a stiff competition for farm attractions. The biggest and most attended may be Vala's, but for our family's money Skinny Bones is the best way to spend an autumn afternoon. Corn mazes, hay rack rides, good food, pumpkins galore, and a bunch of small, quaint, free features (with paid admission). Sandy left her Canon in the car so she shot her pics with her iPhone X, and Carl took his trusty Nikon D3200, but took a couple with his phone for easy sharing (since the D3200 does not have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth file transfer). It was super windy but was in the mid 80's, and for the middle of October in this part of the country that is pretty much a perfect day. Find out more about Skinny Bones here.

Sandy and Carl's photo safari diary. When we have the opportunity for a daytime date, we like to take our camera's out into the American Midwest and see what we can find.
